Besides the great diversity in passenger cars, mini-busses, vans, and trucks, we can also offer you a great variety of accessories such as child car seats, navigation systems, pallet trucks and different kinds of trolleys. Additionally, we have cardboard boxes, protection foil, tape and wardrobe boxes for sale. With several decades of experience in the rental business, Kuperus and its specialized employees can give you excellent advice.

General Information

• For the rental of a car the Standard Rental Conditions of the BOVAG apply.
• Kuperus will always try to supply you with the car you requested. If, for any reason, the car is not available, Kuperus reserves the right to supply you with another car of the same class.
• It is allowed to drive a Kuperus-vehicle in the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Danmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Brittain, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden and Switserland. Driving in and through any other country than stated above is strictly prohibited.
• Loading capacity: the weight of the loaded goods may not exceed the maximum loading capacity of the rented vehicle. The person renting the vehicle is responsible for accurately loading and unloading of the cargo.
• Continuation of the rental after the agreed rental period has expired is only possible with a written approval of Kuperus. In any other case, a fine of €50,- (taxes excl.) per day will be charged.
• Kuperus works with special conditions and rates for associates that rent for longer periods or rent a vehicle on a regular basis. For short-lease you can also contact our specialists.
• We calculate € 15,00 for delivery vans and 21,00 for passenger cars including tax for administration when you get a fine.
• The driver/renter must have the drivers’ licence for at least one year. For passenger cars, the driver/renter must be at least 21 years old.
• All rights are reserved regarding the prices and conditions.

Identification

For the rental of any vehicle, Kuperus requires the following identifications;

• The renter is fully responsible for the vehicle during the rental-period and must therefore always come by the office to sign the rental-agreement.
• The renter must provide a Dutch driver’s licence.
• The renter must provide a contact-address in the district ‘het Gooi’ or Amsterdam of the region Noord-Holland in the Netherlands. A copy of a bankaccount or paycheck serves as a valid proof. Please notice that these copies may not be older than 60 days.
• The renter must provide a valid passport/ID card.

• The person driving the vehicle must provide an International driver’s licence as well as a driver’s licence from the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switserland, the United Kingdom and the USA . Driver’s licences from other countries than stated, are not accepted.
• When you are a foreigner, living abroad and want to rent a vehicle at Kuperus Car Rental, all the above identifications apply. A (Dutch) friend, relative or family member can be appointed as the renter, if he/she can satisfy all requirements. You can be appointed as the driver. When you are staying at a hotel, we can unfortunately not provide you with a rental vehicle.
• Kuperus reserves the right to refuse the rental without providing reason.

  10 % discount with your college card, monday till friday, not valid with other discounts.
• Partial Day Discounts
  For vans and trucks, Monday to Friday, including 50 free kilometres (excl. fuel).

• Sunday discount
  For delivery vans and trucks, the first 3 sundays of the month 15% discount.

Prices and Availability

• The fuel is for account of the renter/driver.
• A rental day is one calendar day starting at 08.00 am.
• A cash/bank deposit will be asked in advance of the rental period. Kuperus also accepts credit-card deposits. The amount of the deposit depends on the rental period and class of the vehicle. The rental costs will be subtracted from the deposit, when the vehicle is returned (Exception: credit card deposits)
• Kuperus only accepts bank payments (PIN) and credit card payments.
